Skin is superficial part of your body, guarding us fom outer atmosphere evils but its strength, glow & health comes from beneath of your body. It depends on the way you nourishes your skin with love & care & good food The food we daily eat decide the fate of  our skin health. Its no doudt that besides giving energy the food gives us vitamins, minerals & lots of antioxidants which play a role in maintaining our skin health & provide natural glow.
These are 5 great foods for glowing skin.

1. TOMATOES

  • Tomatoes are very easily available in every house & it contains Lycopene and other carotenoids which is found in orange to reddish-coloured fruits & can help improve the skin’s antioxidant status.  
  • Antioxidants combat free radicals produced from excessive sun exposure. It is recommended to have at least 16 milligrams of lycopene per day as they reduce the number of free radicals in the body and also help to retain the moisture in people who are used to sitting in air-conditioned environs.
  • Vitamin A and vitamin C are commonly found in a lot of acne medicines and tomatoes are rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin K.
  • You don't need to spend much money for this. They are cheap.

  • It contains polyphenols which help eliminate inflammation-producing free radicals. Polyphenols protect healthy cells from cancer causing DNA damage.
